By 2054, Haiti will have modern, resilient infrastructure that connects all regions, enables economic growth, and improves quality of life. Our cities will be smart, sustainable, and resilient to natural disasters.

1. Transportation Networks

Creating a comprehensive transportation system that connects all parts of Haiti and facilitates economic activity.

Strategic Actions:

• Construct 15,000-30,000 km of roads by 2054

• Build 2,000 km of railways connecting major cities and industrial zones by 2054

• Modernize 5 international airports by 2040

• Develop 10 modern seaports for industrial and commercial use by 2040

• Establish efficient public transportation systems in all major cities by 2035
