Welcome to Plan 218 – The new Haiti: our vision unveiled (2024-2054)

The chaos that Haiti is experiencing today will not be resolved by a simple change of government or prime minister. What we need is a national strategic plan that aims to address the roots and true causes of problems accumulated over the last 30 years, linked to foreign interference and systematic plundering of the national economy. Developed by MOREH under the leadership of Guyverson Vernous, Plan 218, divided into 30-year phases, harmonizes all initiatives for sustainable transformation, building a sovereign and prosperous Haiti worthy of Dessalines' original vision.

Our Vision

To transform Haiti into a stable, prosperous, and self-reliant nation over the next 30 years through strategic development, resource sovereignty, and social progress.

Our Mission

Plan 218 is a comprehensive 30-year national development strategy designed by Haitians, for Haitians. We will rebuild our nation through strategic industrialization, infrastructure development, military modernization, good governance, social welfare, and environmental sustainability.
